Dear Lee! You shouldn't worry.

Dear kleelof,
We have recently had a significant breakthrough in our understanding of overconfident players. If your rating should skyrocket, there is no need to be concerned that you are actually improving in chess. However, should your rating plunge, we understand if you choose to take your glasses off.

Thanks for keepin' it real, brah.

Zod will show you mercy if it goes either way, but I will be happy to give you a good azz-whoopin.
No doubt, it was talking with him that was the catalyst for my new understanding.

Dear cc,
I recently won a game and my rating jumped about seven points.
Please don't accuse me of cheating.

OOOOH! That was brilliant!

@ winkler 314: This is from the "How are live seeks matched" article in Help & Support.
You might also wait longer if your seek includes specific minimum or maximum ratings for your opponent. In fact, if you enter a range that doesn’t include at least ratings 25 points lower and 25 points higher than your rating, we can’t pair you using the logic described above. Someone may still accept your challenge manually from the Seek Graph, but it will take a long time.

Hope that helps!
