And in the spirit of our vote games, I've analyzed your post and have a suggested tweak: I would change "6-pack of their cheapest beer" to a 12-pack. The "cheapest beer" made that sentence, but might as well really overdo it!
I think "cheapest beer", whether 6 pack or 12 pack, defaults automatically to Pabst Blue Ribbon... So it doesn't matter if you have 6 or 12, it's still Pabst!
