I like rapid time controls. 15/10 for a nice casual game. Long enough to give you time to think in complicated positions and keep the game interesting, but short enough not to get bored. If you want a really good game then 25/10 is the golden number I think. Any longer than that would make my head explode. I also think this rapid time control is the best for live spectator chess with commentary. Classical time controls I never ever want to play. Zzzzzzzzzz.
