Keba, you should have received a notification of receipt of your question to support.
If you're 100% sure you have provided your e-mail address correctly, check your e-mail service's spam folder and make sure chess.com's mail doesn't get filtered by mistake.
And what does the paypal error say? (make sure you don't disclose any personal or financial information here)

Some weeks ago I have tried to contact your support, but I did not receive any answer expect an automatically sent "We will answer you asap"-mail.
I try getting premium access for a month meanwhile. I select Dimond, monthly, papyal and log in – but I get an error all the time.
I have never paid with Paypal (in fact, I created a Paypal account for chess.com), but as I have sufficient money (40€ ~= 52$), I assume it should work without any problem.
Do other users have the same problem? As Paypal allows me to send money directly, what about this: "I send you 14$ and in return I receive 30 days diamond member ship?"
