My chess games on game explorer?

This certainly isn't rocket science.  I can't find a plausible reason in my imagination or experience why this feature wouldn't be working by now.

Yes please have this feature up and running. You can see here a strong request from paying members. Surely you owe at least an answer?

It's technically working, but mine only shows a very small subset of actual games I've played. I'm a diamond member.

3 of my games are up.

What are you people talking about?  The games are not there.  If you don't plan to implement this feature just tell us so we can stop wasting our time talking about it.

Why? I can see my games right now. 

Because you seeing your games doesn't help me much when I can't see mine.  Do you need a diagram?

I get it. I can only see my games on Online but not on live chess games.

They pretty much aren't responding at all.  Super annoying.

Wow what an idea.  I never would have thought of that.  

Well, its a strange but every time I try to search answer for some problem with the chess.com service I see same pattern: empty promice year ago or more from staff and total ignore from that point.

Probably will try and demand a refund, just for loolz, even 50% of what I paid here will allow me return to playchess.com (should have never left it).

I would like to use this feature too. It still has never worked for me.

Most of my games are missing too, but noticing that the first post here was 2 years ago, I won't hold my breath!

The Game Explorer feature for Premium Members is still being advertised as a benefit though...
