#1: Play a Tournament

Get up and play a chess tournament! Have fun and try your best. It'll get your brain working fighting through to earn your place in the tournament.

#2: Chess Puzzles

Do some chess puzzles and beat your high score! This will get you fired up to play a game against a fellow chess lover or will get you excited to play that game. Also, try getting your puzzle rating higher or do a few puzzle battles.

#3: Learn a new opening 

Go to the learning tab on the chess.com bar and try to learn a new opening! After your done, playa game with the opening.

#4: Watch chess videos or read the news

You can watch the chess videos to see what's going on in the championships and see what your favorite chess player is up to in their live stream. Read the news to see what's going on with the championships as well! Chess.com has recently partnered with Slums-Africa. 

#5: Play the chess.com bots

Try to beat some of the chess.com bots at your level, then go for the bots higher! Try to play a bot with a higher rating so you can toughen your skills.
