Week 2 Qualifier Standings
Hey guys! Below you can find where you finished and what your scores from the judges are. Just as I said last week... If you are unhappy with your score, please don't feel down - judges are here and ready to offer helpful feedback if you want it. In addition to the competition, this is a place for everyone to learn and improve their blogs. Take this experience and learn from it and I assure you that your blogs will improve. Speaking of improving your blogs, wow! Some of you really stepped it up this week, improving your blog and submitting a much better post than you did in week 1. Love to see it!
Oh and also, if you're wondering how we decided tiebreaks this week, the judges agreed to break any ties between bloggers by looking at their week 1 qualifier blogs and giving the tiebreak advantage to whoever had a higher score in week 1.

To those of you who failed to qualify, I'm afraid this is goodbye as far as Season 1 is concerned. But do stick around and see how the tournament plays out, and use this experience and learn from it to improve your writing. At the end of the day, if you are a better writer at the end of this season, that is a win, and nobody can take that from you.
The knockouts will begin on October 22nd. For the competitors, you have a week to come up with a gameplan and figure out how you want to approach this daunting knockout tournament. For those of you who are out of the competition, stick around, chill out in the notes and forums, maybe ask the judges for feedback on your submissions, and strive to become a better blogger.
