World Cities League: The Hague vs Zagreb
In the fifth round of the World Cities League 2024, Division 1, we play Zagreb:

As you can see from the live ranking below, after four rounds, both our teams have established themselves in the sub-top of Division 1, so we can expect a tight and interesting match. Last season we had 43 players both, and The Hague won only by a slight margin (44½-40½ with one game still running). Zagreb is known for late registrations (in the last round against Baku, they doubled their players on the very last day), so we should take recruiting seriously, even if we appear to be the larger team.
Some of other matches in the current season are still tight, as well: The Hague vs Prishtina is currently 29-26, with 9 games still running. The Hague vs Lviv is still in the beginning phase (currently 5-6), but also promises to remain interesting until the very end.
Good luck everyone!
