The second event in the CCC24 series is the Rapid Event, played at a time control of 10+3. The remaining event is the CCC24 bullet event, followed by a potential Classical Cup #4. Rapid is slated to begin around Feb 1st, 2025.

Stockfish yet again won the CCC24 Blitz event, beating Torch with a score of 300.0/500.0 in the Finals, as well as beating Leela in the Alt Finals with a score of 306.5/500.0.

This event will see the momentary retiring of Midnight, Smallbrain, and Marvin, engines which have sat in the Entry League for some time, and have not been updated in approximately one year. As a result, we will be looking for new engines starting in the CCC25 series.
