I got up early and did my 1 hour tactics training from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.

Today is the 50th day when I did these exercises to improve my calculation and visualization skills to reach the grandmaster level in those areas too. I invite you to solve the exercises I worked on today in my LIVE stream on my twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/attilaturzo

Every day you can join me when I work on tactics.

You can watch how did I solve the puzzles:

Then I was teaching a student 2 hours about the different elements of chess strategy and thinking methods.

I went to run today around the lake. It was 109th day when I was running every day for the Grandmaster title.

After the running I was teaching another 5.5 hours and took a nap before the Titled Tuesday.

I played 11 games and I was able to analyze a bit after nearly each games.

In the first game my opponent played the Panov-attack. I was able to win a pawn and then he blundered a piece:

In the 2nd game I played the London system and blundered an early d6-e5 pawn combination. I won a pawn, but got into pins and trouble.

In the 3rd game I played the Slav defense and got a small advantage, because the better center control. Later he defended well, but I was able to break his defense.

In the 4th game my opponent played the Jobava London system. He got some attack, but I defended well and won his weak pawn and then the endgame.

In the 5th game I got an equal position in the Torre-attack and when my opponent played too aggressive his pawns became weak and I won the endgame

In the 6th game I got a winning position in the London system against a grandmaster, but he defended well and I went down on time and also blundered a pawn under the pressure

In the 7th game I played the slav defense and got an equal position, but missed a few tactics and got in a worse position. I counter-attacked and saved the game.

In the 8th game My opponent played the Panov-attack and I did not know how to play against Nge2 and got into a hard position, where made mistakes and lost the game.

In the 9th game I got a very good position from the London system, but missed several chances to win material and then my king became weak and lost material.

In the 10th game I won a quick game with the Slav defense.

In the final round I played the strongest opponent. I missplayed the London system and got into trouble soon.

Last day I managed to sleep 7.5 hours, which is better than before, but still not enough.

I will give my best to reorganize my life to get more sleep to have energy for the games.

My blitz rating went from 2487 to 2499

First day when I won more then 10 rating points

In the last 7 days I played 30 games, lost 18 games and won 10 games and drew 2 games.

You can watch the video about how I played and analyzed the games on my twitch channel at https://www.twitch.tv/attilaturzo
