Hey guys! I know it's been a while since I made my Day 1 post, but a lot of things have kept me busy(and by "things" I mean college, getting sick, etc.). But now I'm back and ready to post, I can't wait to bring you Day 2! Hopefully, I will be able to follow up with Day 3 VERY soon happy.png.

So anyway, after a Round 2 win, placing me at 1/2, I expected a high-rated Round 3 opponent after looking at the standings. Fortunately, I was paired as White against an 1888-rated player - so a win here would be huge. Now, I looked this guy up on chess.com(he had like two middle names, so it was very possible I'd find him) and I found him! I used the Explorer feature to see if he had any weaknesses - this was the game!

So yeah, I was pretty hyped after a clean win, though my opponent was very resilient down a piece! happy.png. I knew I'd be facing a hard opponent(pause) Round 3 and I ended up being paired against an 1850-rated player as Black - it was sloppy but here was the game:
Definitely had mixed feelings about the game but scoring 1.5/2 on the day against two 1800+ opponents felt really good! I had to make sure I got enough rest for an eventful Day 3, which I hope to show very soon.
Anyway, I'm getting tired just writing this, so....
Ayush out.
