Journey Through Saturn’s Rings on Chess.com’s Variants Server!

It’s that time again: another new variant has arrived! 

This one is called Saturn’s Rings, though this name was actually changed by the testing team since they felt that the original name of “Ends Meet” didn’t really fit the variant that much. The variant gets its name from its board layout that consists of a main board (the planet) and the surrounding area (the rings). Interestingly, the rings actually create unique opportunities in conjunction with the excellent piece choice and position. Take space and destroy the weakened royal piece to triumph in this intergalactic battle of the ages! (puns unintended?)
