Opening's Tier List

For this blog, I'll be showing my opening's tier list.

Warning: This tier list includes meme openings, If you don't like them don't continue!

Lets start, from top to bottom.

I don't play it

So for the bottom of the tier list, we have the "I don't play it" section, I may or may not have put some openings I don't play not in this section... haha

Only Traps and Tricks

On top of that, we have the "Only Traps and Tricks" section, of course i put the Fried Liver and the Jerome Gambit here, its just special for them.

Eh

Basically just openings that aren't good and aren't bad, I put the London (yes i know but it's overrated get over it), the scandi (also kinda overrated but not as overrated as London) and the Sicillian (the most overrated opening in history)

Legit

Openings that are Legit and are pretty good (maybe underrated too)

We got the exchange Caro-Kann, the Exchange French, the Four Knights Italian Game, the Italian Game, (Yes the more horseys the better, obviously) The Accelerated Dragon, (also an overrated opening but it's pretty good ngl) The Sicilian Dragon, The advanced French, and finally; The Scotch Game.

If you play this, you're a pro

Pretty self-explanatory, we have the Budapest Gambit, The Advanced Caro-Kann Regular, The Danish Gambit, (pro), The Stonewall, and The Berlin Defense.

Literally Top Tier

Also self-explanatory, here we have The Queen's Gambit, The Grand Prix, The English, (one of my favourite and one of my most played if not my most played opening) The Dutch Defense, (Sicillian but d4, just better y'know) The French Defense, The Ruy Lopez, The Slav/Semi-Slav, The Caro-Kann and finally the Giuoco Piano.

I don't play but it's probably for Legends or Top Tier

Here we have the Fred Defense (It's actually duras but since it has fred as a nickname which is memeable i put it there) and the Grunfeld which is basically K.I.D bro/cousin

Finally, last but definitely not least we have "Only Legends Play This"

We have the K.I.A, the Hippo, The Classic K.I, Fools Mate, Grob, Alekhine's Defense (Because Horsey) and the CLASSIC AND BEST Bongcloud.
