One Piece: Ranking every Logia Fruit (Canon)
OVERVIEW
Devil fruits are extremely rare fruits that allow superpowers/powers to a person, and only over 100 exist (139 shown so far in the Canon) in the world of One Piece (Population 1 Billion ish). Although in return the sea hates you, and you lose your ability to swim and also weak to the "sea". Water (up to 1/2 body submerged you become immobilized) and Seastone nullify your powers and make you weak. They can be categorized into 3 groups: Paramecia (Most common; 82 in Canon), Logia (Element and Energy; 11), and Zoan (Animal Transformations; 44).
LOGIA: (Element and Energy; 11)
Logia is considered the Strongest and Rarest of the 3 kinds, they allow you to transform into, create and control their element/energy.
- Transform: They can turn into their "power" such as smoke, and become practically invincible to any damage. For example, by transforming a part of their body to smoke they can be undamaged, they can also transform entirely.
- Create & Control: For example, you can create fire and shoot it at you, and large quantities of it. Or use smoke to strangle you etc...
- Others: You can use smoke as a generator and use it in a vehicular device, or use it to "fly" and move about. You can also "fly" as fire etc...
Of course, your strength, experience, and skill come into play, such as Admiral Level (2nd in command in the marines, only 3 in the world) creating Islands worth of Ice or Magma, etc. Learning and training your powers, "Awakening" your powers which makes it even more powerful. Of course, the tangibility of Logia Power can be hurt by Haki (Invisible Spiritual Energy); Busoshoku Haki, a form of Haki which allows you to use that spiritual energy for defensive and offensive purposes. And natural weaknesses can injure you in your transformed form, such as Magma being hotter than fire.
11.Yuki Yuki no Mi (Snow-Snow Fruit)
Ability to transform into, create and control snow. You can freeze fellas and such, but it takes time to harden. Snow also is susceptible to heat. Although strength and skill comes to play... with an experienced holder of the fruit being able to make an island worth of snow and coming up with creative attacks. Now note in mind heat vs cold, the loss of heat is cold but if you have lots of heatless material or material with very low amounts of heat you can sucker it up. Skill, Strength, Experience, Creativity, etc, all come into play
10.Numa Numa no Mi (Swamp-Swamp Fruit)
Ability to transform into, create and control swamp. An infinite(in storage) swamp and you can store things, people, etc in it and also "drown" people. A mixture of earth and water, they become weaker to those who can manipulate water. The major weakness of this fruit is that the user cannot transform back to their normal form if they are confined in a space that their normal body cannot fit in.
9.Moku Moku no Mi (Smoke-Smoke Fruit / Plume-Plume Fruit)
Ability to transform into, create and control Smoke. You can use smoke as a generator on a motorcycle, ship, etc. Transformation allows flight and easier movement. You can also use smoke as a blunt force to strike, choke people out, etc. Fire and Smoke cancel each other out.

8.Suna Suna no Mi (Sand-Sand Fruit)
Ability to transform into, create and control sand. You can suck plants and animals, etc dry by absorbing the liquids with your sand. You can use it for flight by transforming your lower body into a jet of flowing sand. course mix with sand with waters to make quicksand for enemies, etc. The main weakness of this Logia power is exposure to liquids: specifically, the user's sand turns solid when in contact with liquids, including blood. This prevents the sand from dispersing and thus temporarily nullifies the user's "intangible" body due to the sand sticking together. Although this weakness to liquid seems not cleared out, as was unharmed when bitten by a water drench Luffy.

7.Gasu Gasu no Mi (Gas-Gas Fruit)
The ability of Poisonous Gas, although you can also control gases etc within a certain range. You can merge with and empower gases available, along with toxic ones, while being immune. Weak to fire but can suck the oxygen out of the air to prevent combustion, also suffocating others (although within a certain range). Can use external ignition and tools to empower it... needless to say you can fly and have movement enhanced. Can also hide in tiny flasks, etc...

6.Mera Mera no Mi (Flame-Flame Fruit / Flare-Flare Fruit)
Turn into fire... very strong with various fire techniques, such as a fire lance etc. Cancels out each other with smoke, weaker to Magma since its hotter. Can use it to fly and for enhanced movement, like a jet on a boat.

5.Pika Pika no Mi (Glint-Glint Fruit)
Be light, travel at speed of light (though takes a few seconds to charge to max), and light based attacks. Create lasers from your fingers, hand, feet etc... use power to also augment your punches, kicks etc speed and strength. Reflect yourself to a location.
