Today: Chessbrah To Host Invitational Featuring Six Of The World's Best

The Chessbrah Invitational will be held from May 15-16, with the first match beginning today, May 15th at 1:30PM EST (19:30 CEST)! Top players featured include Anish Giri, Ian Nepomniachtchi, Alireza Firouzja, Fabiano Caruana, Alexander Grischuk, and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave. Each of these players are among the top players not only on Chess.com but also in the world.

The format will feature a double-elimination knockout in blitz time controls which will provide all participants the chance to make it back into the finals. This is one of the strongest blitz tournaments of the year and it will be broadcast live on Twitch.tv/chessbrah.

Each of these players aside from Grischuk participated in the recent FIDE Chess.com Online Nations Cup and should be in fine form heading into day one of this invitational. We hope you'll join us for some riveting chess!
