Hello everyone! Welcome back to my blog😊!
Today we're gonna talk about chess books. I will show you a list of books with their link to Amazon. Buying one will make you improve your chess rating whether you're a beginner or an expert. I will also give you a brief explanation on what the books talk about. If you've read any of these books, please comment down below you're opinion, i'd love to hear it❤️.  After this long and boring speech, let's start the list!

1) How to Win At Chess: The Ultimate Guide for Beginners and Beyond

This is the first book of the famous chess streamer and International Master Levy Rozman (aka Gothamchess). This book will teach you everything about the game including: the basics, the strategies, the endgames and the tactics. The book is divided into 2 halfs. The first half is dedicated for players with rating <800, and the second one for more experienced players (800-1300).
a Note from the author:
"Whether you want to become a recreational chess player or are training to be a Grandmaster, How to Win at Chess is the perfect interactive introduction to the world of chess."

2) Chess Fundamentals

A classic from the former world champion José Raùl Capablanca. This book will teach you the essentials of the opening, middlegame and endgame techniques. The book also includes 14 full games annotated by Capablanca himself. It seems little but at his time there weren't many annotated games.
A note from the description:
"Chess Fundamentals will take you from just knowing the rules of chess to applying the principles used by the masters."

3) Complete Book of Chess Strategy: Grandmaster Techniques from A to Z

A book written by the International Master Jeremy Silman. This is an easy-to-understand guide to chess strategy. This book will make your method of thinking faster, easier and painless about strategies.
A note from the author:
"World Champions such as Steinitz, Capablanca, Petrosian, Fischer, and Karpov have used these strategies in virtually all of their games. Now you can arm yourself with their weapons."

4) Practical Chess Endings

This is a must if you want to improve in endgames. A 1000 pages book written by GM Paul Keres that covers all the aspects of the last phase of the game. The book features logical step-by-step explanations to every position. A great book from a great author.

5) Chess: 5334 Problems, Combinations and Games

Written by László Polgár, the father of the best woman chess player in the world Judit Polgár, and the National Master Bruce Pandolfini. This is the most complete collection of chess problems ever published. The book includes 5,334 instructional situations (Mate in 1, Mate in 2, Mate in 3, Miniature Games, Simple Endgames and Tournament Game Combinations). Each problem, combination, and game is keyed to an easy-to-follow solution at the back of the book.
A note from the authors:
"Chess is the ultimate book on winning the game"
