Hardaway siblings survive CONIC adventure in NYC
ABOVE: Brewington Hardaway and his sister, along with a few other players from the New York City area, had to overcome a last-round venue change when the Department of Homeland Security needed to use their building. Thanks to ChessNYC's Michael Propper and others, the entire ordeal was managed.
BELOW: Noni Hardaway (pictured below) held Lisa Jin to a draw in the last round, preventing Lisa from forcing an Armageddon tiebreak game against eventual section winner Sophie Velea.
