The Best Chess Game Of All Time:- Garry Kasparov vs Veselin Topalov(1999)

This game is played between The Beast:- Garry Kasparov and Former Fide world Champion Veselin Topalov, From the event:- Hoogovens Group A, Wijk aan Zee NED, 20-1-1999, where Garry had white pieces and Topalov had black pieces. Both these players are considered to be the best chess players of all time. This game is the best chess game of all time because 24. R*d4!! by Kasparov with white pieces was the best move of the game which helped Garry to secure a win against Topalov on move 44. Qa7 which forced Topalov to resign from the game. 

However, engines like Stockfish 11+ and Alphazeo, etc suggest that move 24. R*d4!! by Kasparov with white pieces was a bad move because it gives black a good position. But engines Suck!! because the move 24. R*d4!! by Kasparov with white pieces was an aggressive, Safely Calculated by Garry himself, So my advice is don't blindly believe any chess engine.
