First Game Analysis || A Blown Game

Hello Chess.com!

I'm a mediocre (at best) chess player who plays mostly 15|10 here on chess.com. Recently I played a game where I played a relatively solid game (besides missing a few attack opportunities) until I threw it all away. I decided to try my hand at analyzing the game for educational purposes, and would love any feedback.

I realize how sloppy this game is, but it would be GREATLY appreciate feedback on the game and any tips on how to improve would be awesome as well. My goal is to get a 1200 chess.com rapid rating.
