What's Chess?

-Chess, a hard, complex relaxing / stressing game about: "war on the board" as Bobby Fisher himself said, with each peace having it's own value and usage. Chess is not just a game, but a complex variation of real life lessons, one of the main reasons being also the fact that chess makes you think of more strategies, try preventing your opponent's moves, calculate as much as possible and so on, all these actions makes our brain work more without even you realizing yet, by just having fun with family, friends or random people when playing chess. Trying to memorize different openings or gambits will help your memory real good by training it.

What are openings?

-Openings are the first and basic moves you HAVE to do to either develop a piece for different strategies, gambits and often the first moves that could potentially affect your game depending on the opening.

What are these things called gambits?

-Gambits are strategies with sacrifices so popular and brilliant people decided to write about them EVERYWHERE. Also, even tho gambits are NOT usually used at higher Advanced level, you could still gain a lot of elo by just memorizing some of these strategies. Sure some or maybe most may have already heard about those gambits and they can easily block, decline or change the essential move for the gambit, but don't worry, you don't have to learn TONES of gambits all at once. Or even better, you don't really need some gambits at all, everything that's needed to win a match against someone you MUST do these steps: 1. Have a good opening and a backup plan 2. have STRATEGIES. As Hikaru Nakamura himself said ( he's the world Nr2 GM, you probably have heard of him before ): "I saw many opponents without any plan or talents but they had tactics, witch play a CRUCIAL role in everygame."

How do I stop losing?

-1. Ask yourself these 2 questions:

1. What does my opponent treat.

2. What improving more could i do

2. Either you do less puzzles any focus more on games, either you make more and analyze every one of it

-The mistake of many people ( Including myself ) do this mistake of just making the puzzle and then when i meet the same position on the board i forget what do do. That's the reason why you should analyze your games, not only seeing at what level you are, but also seeing the reason why was that move either right or wrong.

3. STOP doing so many trades

As Gotham chess a.k.a Levy Rozman said once: "Equality is good in society, but not in chess."

Chess did in fact change so many so things, as it was also used for military strategies.

Currently, chess is one of if not THE fastest growing sport at the moment.

I'm glad i could've shared this with you. thanks for reading
