(CHESS WITHOUT TURNS)
Kung Fu Chess is a chess variant that eliminates traditional turns, allowing players to move multiple pieces at the same time.
The name Kung Fu Chess hints at the no-turns rule because it’s all about fast, nonstop action, just like a martial arts fight where everything happens in real time. (Hikaru would love it.)
It was developed by Shizmoo Games in 2001.
All pieces can move simultaneously, but once you move a piece, it has a short cooldown period before it can be moved again.
There are two modes: Standard and Lightning.
Standard mode - pieces recharge in 10 seconds and move 1 square per 1 second. Lightning mode - pieces recharge in 2 seconds and move 1 square per 0.2 seconds
This is like multitasking Bullet in real life : you must plan ahead and carefully choose your moves. For instance, if you move your Queen, you'll need to wait before using her again. Every decision becomes crucial...move too quickly, and your pieces could be exposed... move too slowly, and you might miss a chance. You have to remember to keep moving all your pieces.

At 13:20, since Black's bishop moved before White's Queen, it captured the Queen when they crossed paths, causing the Queen to disappear. I hope this clarifies it, because it looks extremely chaotic at first. The board can change significantly before your move is even completed.
There are no checks or pins in the game because players aren’t limited to 1 move at a time, so they can create threats by moving multiple pieces.
Checkmate and stalemate don’t happen either because the game only ends when someone’s King gets captured or if a player gives up.
