On 17th May 2020 Team Ukraine confidently defeated Team Russia in the decisive match of the @chesscom's Live Chess World League: 808-396 in the 1+1 Bullet (602 boards), 942-506 in the 5+2 Blitz (724 boards) and 650,5-493,5 in the 10+2 Rapid (572 boards). Team Ukraine remains the LCWL champions!

I reported on the event for Mark Crowther's The Week in Chess magazine: https://theweekinchess.com/html/twic1332.html#15

In Ukraine, we had a wide coverage of our success.

A selection of 112 games (out of almost 3800 games played in all three sections combined), mainly from the top boards, with real players' names and classical FIDE ratings, was prepared by me and included in TWIC-1332 games section.
