Chess.com Dev Update: March 16th, 2018

Chess.com Main: 

- Chess.com cares about Fair Play. For Daily Club Matches, anyone whose account is closed for fair play automatically forfeits their games as long as the match is not already over when the account is closed. 

- Ever wonder why some Daily Tournaments only gave a first first-place trophy? Us too! Going forward, all tournaments will give 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place trophies. 

- You can now use Control+Enter to submit notes and forums posts instead of using the mouse.

- A touch of clarity to vote chess draws: a.) You can vote for a move AND to offer a draw.  In order for draw offer to be accepted at least 50% of members who voted must vote for a draw. 

Live Chess:

- Live Chess sidebar got a small layout makeover:

- Arena Kings and other Major Chess.com events now have minimum game requirement to prevent new account abuse. 

- After much feedback, the option to see the engine analysis is now defaulted to off and you can control it from live chess settings:

- Rating ranges for challenges now apply to variant challenges as well!

- Boards in live chess are no longer detachable.
