REALITY OF THE SOCIETY AND JUSTICE

So I have been wondering about a topic lately . That topic was justice . There are many countries in the world with very advanced technologies and economies like USA , China and Japan . There are some upcoming powers and stuff but the thing is even though they have many good warfare tactics , advanced technologies and much more , There is always a space for crime in every country . No matter how much advanced a country might be , there is also some room for crime . But what makes normal people to hate these people and avoid themselves and their children from these crimes . Its that if you do a crime , let's say a person named Sam did a murder . What's the most that can happen , its just some years in jail .Most people are not afraid of this punishment . And everybody will see him as a devil once he gets free and avoid contact with him. this will lead him to depression and other crimes but other people will not see his misery . these people also would have done many small crimes not to be punished from but still they are also criminals but they will pretend they aren't. And if the society stopped working like this the crime rates will increase as there will be nothing to fear . there will be no concept of solitude after doing a crime . so this societ is good in that way but as i talked about earlier the punishments are too light and this gives the future criminals the audacity to do crime as there is nothing to be feared . There is also corruption and stuff like perfect crime but if you think about it there is just some bullshit in the concept of modern justice like punishments. While the world os working towards better warfare equipments , better technologies , space research and other stuff , no one cares about these important topics like justice , corruption , food scarcity  . And there is also some sort of concept of inequality in this system of justice like if there's a girl who's a thief , she might steal something and get caught , she can offer her body to the owner of the stuff she stole . this one is not the main one . the main one is of a girl is hit by a boy , the boy will be charged with many things but if the vice versa happened, if the girl hit the boy there will be no charges .So I hope you liked this blog and enjoyed it please consider commenting on this blog
