HOW TO DO A GREAT TEAM ?

Part. 1, the description :

Minimum needed in the description :

1. Rules
2. Program
3. A sentence in the begin of the description like : WELCOME TO THE TEAM !

Optionals things :

1. Friendly teams
2. Add emojis (very optional)
3. Some sentences wich precise more things about the team (recommended)

Very simple description !

Part. 2 : Choosing coordinators, administrators and super administrators

Actually for me it's a little hard because in lichess, I can choose permissions, but here, the role have their each permissions. So I divided this part in 3.

Coordinators :

Coordinators can only manage/creat tournaments. If you want to give leadership in a tournament as a prize, put him coordinator in first. Then see if you can trust him as a good leader.

Administrators :

Administrators can invite members, mange/creat tournaments, moderate, creat new announcements and have access to the diary of team activities. If you really trust a friend that's a good option. Also if you want to creat a staff for your team, ask who want to do one permission like invite members, tournaments...

Super administrators :

They can manage all of the team I wont said all permissions. So choose very carrefully the super administrators because it need a big responsability, don't but a super administrator just like this, he must proove in first that he can be trusted as a leader. 

ALSO BE A TEAM MEMBER IS ALREADY ENOUGH ! SUPPORTING THE TEAM IS VERY GOOD !
