MrBeast Sued for $100,000,000!

     MrBeast is being sued for $100,000,000 of the time of me typing this blog. Yes, MrBeast aka Jimmy Donaldson, the YouTube influencer is being sued.

Backround Information

      MrBeast has over 200,000,000 subscribers on YouTube (currently around 222,000,000 of the time of this blog). He holds many records such as Most Subscribed YouTuber and broke the record in 2022 with around 112,000,000 subscribers.

      One of his companies MrBeast Burger holds the record for the Largest Veggie Burger.

     He also owns Feastables, a chocolate company. Feastables also almost got sued, because of the name of a flavor called "DEEZ NUTZ," but is the name is being changed. The case was resolved out of court.

     MrBeast probably will be the first YouTuber billionaire. According to Forbes MrBeast aka Jimmy Donaldson estimated net worth is $500,000,000. Jimmy doesn't live a lavish lifestyle, in fact he lives in the MrBeast studio according to some sources.

    MrBeast Burger 

     MrBeast Burger started in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. MrBeast Burger was a delivery only restaurant, until 2022. When it opened it's first location in New Jersey. VDC (the company that runs MrBeast Burger) and Jimmy made a contract that Jimmy would promote the restaurant and that that the restaurant would use MrBeast's name, in return VDC would run the restaurants instead of him. Recently Jimmy has sued VDC and claimed that the contract should end early. MrBeast says he may close MrBeast Burger because of the arguments between MrBeast and VDC.

The Lawsuit Against MrBeast

     MrBeast aka Jimmy Donaldson is being sued by the company that runs MrBeast Burger, Jimmy's Burger chain. VDC, claims that Jimmy has ruined MrBeast Burger's reputation and that he is responsible for thousands of online negative reviews. Although 70% of the online reviews are five star ones. The contract between MrBeast and VDC should end soon, because it's a four year contract and MrBeast Burger started in 2020.

     This lawsuit could make a dent in MrBeast's fortune and his YouTube channel, but will he lose?🤔
