Welcome to the second edition of Find the brilliant move (!!) ! As for the first one, games are extracted from my game history, and I still don't know what a brilliant move is. You tell me! All those end up in mostly easy puzzles but still nice to have a shot at.
I hope those puzzles survive, as the one from my first post got mysteriously petrified. Support wasn't able to help yet. I'll fix them some day.
A classical situation to begin with. Doing puzzles really paid off here.
Is a brilliant move a sacrifice? Let's find out.
This one was out of the CC 2022 championship. Didn't make a champion of me though.
