Today's Daily Puzzle: 10/6/20: Breaching The Castle

Hello everyone! In this post I'll be covering the last three daily puzzles. In today's daily puzzle, notice that black's king is perched high up in his castle all alone. He seems to have a bit of a fortress around him with his pawns but white's pieces are assembling for an attack. The sniper is already aiming down the king's fortress and the queen and rook are ready to jump in the attack. Black's pieces may seem to be arranged dangerously as well, staring down white's king, but it's white's move and the black king likely wishes he had some guards with him in his castle.

Yesterday's Daily Puzzle

In yesterday's daily puzzle, black has the option to trade queens and go down to a king + pawn endgame. Before doing so, black should ask: is this endgame winning? Yes it is!
