I understand that PRO was useless before and you are trying to capitalize on the users, BUT:

1) You should give back all those rubies that we spent for adding new slots, that now are completely useless and have possibly even been removed as a feature.

2) Old users that added to their library and completed the S&S should keep access to them.

3) The worst, in my opinion, is the fact that in practice you just ultra-raised the price of all courses. Now, with PRO, you get the same discount you got before without PRO... The story you tell is false: the non-PRO discount has now been lowered, so that now the extra 20% off simply gives you access the old non-PRO discounts, minus the monthly payment.

This is an unexpected sneaky move for such a good company. You should just have said that you made your yearly calculations, you need more money, and that this is the result, sorry.

PS! Dear users, notice that many S&S have their equivalent in Spanish or German, and those are still free.

EDIT: I come to see that indeed Chessable retraced its steps, finding what I believe being a good compromise, especially with the Variation Preview feature.
