Puzzle mirror moves and checkmate in 4th move

Sometimes we face Opponent that repeat our moves like: 1.g3 g6 2.Bg2 Bg7 3.Nf3 Nf6.. or 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nf6 and so on.

In this Puzzle Black get punished for repeating symmetrical moves

Here is the Rule: Black always repeat moves (even stupid) and get mated in only 4 moves and there are 3 different Solution!!
