GOTW2 #2: A Dose of Reality

Hello, chess.com! My name is HTP, and welcome back to GOTW. 

This week, students young and old alike mourn the end of another winter break, and the return of school. I for one am proud to be a leader of the mourners. 

Life seems to have piled up on me, and I've barely had time to get this post out, or even play chess at all. That's simply how things are. 

Anyways, here's a quick little game for your viewing pleasure. Hope it helps you, or at least gives a quick break from reality.

All in all, quite a good showing on my part. I made many inaccuracies, as is expected during blitz, but very few mistakes. Lesson learned: consistent good moves - or at the very least, avoiding blunders - will get you the win. I feel like this should have been very obvious to me before, but somehow I never really thought about it.
