Return to Chess 3--Using Chess.Com to Study Openings
Hey, everyone. Today was day 3, and after a day of work, I finally got to sit down and play chess. I warmed up with a new tactical set, where again I scored 6/10, attempting to solve each one thoroughly. On one of them, I became impatient and jumped to try and hit the correct answer, but got it horribly wrong. Here it is, if you'd like to give it a try. Black to move:
Secondly, I went over two 15+10 training games that I played with my friend, Oliver. Oliver, if you're reading, you definitely outplayed me, and thanks for the fun! In the first game, I detailed my opening, since it was my main opening with white that I am still studying. In the accompaniment for today, I cover the steps of using Chess.com's analysis tool to study openings, which is what I use. As always, the video is below.
Thirdly, after working on more of the same opening, I will be playing and analyzing two more training games, hoping to get better.
