In my previous posts I told you about the Open tournament in Hoogeveen. Now I highlight the most important moment of the match between GM Jan Timman against GM Jorden van Foreest.

Jan Timman is about 40 years older than his young opponent of only 16 years old. He won the match with 3,5-2,5 . In the following game Timman shows his outstanding understanding by manoeuvring his opponent desperately.
