Power of pawns study!

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting a blog on chess.com!

For all chess fans in the US that get the Chess Life Magazine, you might have gotten the December 2013 issue and read "The Secrets of Study Composing."  I was very interested to find out that once you have a cool idea for a study, setting up the right position really isn't that much harder!  So I gave it a shot!

But I didn't just randomly come up with this study.  I got the idea of Rxg3 and h3 from a game I had previously played.

So I thought it was pretty cool how the pawns don't even have to be on the sixth rank (the rule two pawns on the sixth are better than a rook) to be better than the rook!  If you guys have any cool ideas from your own games, maybe you can also compose your own study!
