3 Tips to Play Better in Chess Middlegames (+ Video)

The Middlegame is an extremely wide and complicated phase of the game. However, there are some tips (some sort of tricks) that can be very helpful and make you play middlegames much more accurately and at a higher level. Here I tell you my 3 tips to play the middlegame, and I made sure I had selected some appropriate examples to make things clear.
3 Tips to Play Better in Chess Middlegames
- Improve your worst piece:
Whenever you are not sure how to continue in the middlegame, look at the board, find which your worst piece is, and try to improve it.
- Accumulate small advantages (two bishops, open file, better pawn structure, outpost):
Sometimes our opponent blunders, and we can win a Queen in one move (that’s great, right? 
). But that doesn’t happen so much, so, most of the time we’ll need to collect small advantages to win the game.
- Thoroughly evaluate every single trade:
We don’t need to accept every trade our opponent offers. Also, we should learn to identify which enemy piece is essential in some position, so we try to trade it. Become a Master of trades.
