Latest chess.com Achievements

Since my post in February, I have made some further progress. I have now attained 132/144 chess.com "Achievements", the latest being "Printing Press", "Friend Me", and "Award Magnet".

I am actively pursuing "Team Pillar" and, as a consequence, I have adopted a new goal of attaining a daily rating of 1800+. These small goals suit my current lifestyle, whether I manage to achieve them or not.

A few countries have also been added to my passport. I am now at 154/241. I am sure I will accumulate more over time, but I am not actively pursuing them.

I have also played a few additional book openings. I am now at 27/33. 

I will continue to pick away at these modest goals. I imagine I will complete my daily goals this year and, likely, play the six (6) remaining book openings that are not currently in my personal database. I will probably receive the "Megaphone" achievement by then as well. 

More goals to be set, as time marches on. My step-daughter won her first tournament game this past weekend; that is more meaningful to me than anything I am setting out to accomplish.
