Chesskid.com Monthly Championship !!!
Hi guys, welcome back to another one of my awesome and educational blogs !! Guess what day is it ? Yeah, its first Tuesday of the month. Which means .... another Chesskid.com Monthly Championship !! Yesterday, when I first learned about how chesskid.com holds a Monthly Championship every first Tuesday of the month I thought that I would get crushed !! Why ?
#1: The Maximum limit is 2,000+ players
#2: Last Month's winners were like 1900+
#3 I am not that good in chess
Well, I was actually wrong about two things. Today's championship did not have anybody above 1900 and I am good in chess !! Note to readers: My Chesskid.com Rating is 1381+ which is accurate to what @Sep-Gol said (He said that I am suppose to be 1300+ at the least) !! So, I probably stood a chance in the 700+ member competition.
Today I managed to get a surprising 4.5/7, which for me is really high !! Especially when you have hundreds of higher rated players !! The tournament took about 2+ hours which is really long. It was 7 rounds, and 5+ minute control. The sad thing was that I wasn't able to record playing in the championship because it was real laggy when ever I moved and I couldn't have that because when you are playing higher rated people and is taking your time you won't be able to play really fast when you only have 1-2 minutes on the clock.
