Which one is more worth it ??
Hi guys, welcome back to another blog. My name is @shanlee132, but you can call me Shan. Today's topic is about Why I choose to get Platinum Membership instead of Diamond Membership. Also, Maybe in March or April of 2021, I will officially apply for being a Top Blogger. It has been my dream to become a top blogger for a long time since I knew about top bloggers. That's about 4 months from now, So I will have time to meet all of the expectations. *Update* This is the highest view blog that I have, more than 2000 views)
Now, let's get into the topic. If we want to find out which one is more worth it. We need to know ALL the options for both Diamond and Platinum Membership.
These are the options for Diamond Membership:
- Unlimited Puzzles
- Unlimited Puzzle Rush
- Unlimited Lessons
- Unlimited Video Library
- Game Report & Analysis
- Unlock All Bots
- No Ads
The price tag ?? $8.25 a month or $99 for one year.
Platinum Membership:
- Unlimited Puzzles
- Unlimited Puzzle Rush
- 5 Lessons per Week
- Game Report & Analysis
- Unlock All Bots
- No Ads
The price tag: $4.08 per month and 49 Pre-paid for 1 year.
Comparison:
Both have unlimited puzzles and puzzles rush. Diamond membership has unlimited lessons and Platinum Membership only has 5 lessons per week. But, if you are an advanced player, who already know things like forks, pins, or how the pieces move, you don't really need to use the lessons on chess.com. Now, Diamond Membership also has Unlimited Video Libary, but Platinum Membership doesn't. Oh no !! Does that mean we don't get to watch any more videos on chess.com? Not at all! You can just go to Youtube to see chess.com's videos, or just go to twitch.com. Where you can see some of the videos on chess.com. So Unlimited Video library isn't actually needed. So, it just missing two items. Saving just those two items, you save $50 !! So, that's why I think next time, you should most likely get Platinum Membership !!
