Sad mistake in time pressure

This game is my second consecutive game an higher rated opponent. After 10 years of chess, I still can't manage my clock! This is how stupidly I lost the game.The time control is 30 moves in 90 minutes and 1 hour sudden death. I only had an analog clock and hence no time delay that actually made things much worse. My opponent did not make a single good/aggresive move in the whole game and I still lost the point. That made me very sad
