All students need to keep up their mental health. There are many ways to do so. Like relaxing, hanging out, going on the beach and etc. But, there is one way that helped many, and that is to play Chess. Studies show that if you play Chess 30 mins-2 hours per day, it will raise up your IQ.

Now that we know all the information, we may view the daily schedule.

1. Wake up at 6:30 am

2. Get ready at 6:45-7:30 .  (Plus breakfast)

3. Go to school at 8:00-12:30

4.  Eat lunch at 1:00-1:15

5. Play chess at 1:15-1:45 (To relax your brain)

6. Free time 1:45-2:45 (That includes movies, social media and etc)

7. Homework 2:45-6:00 plus snack(This part is optional since you may have less or more homework. If you have less Homework take the extra time as Free time, and if you have more edit the schedule your self)

8. Dinner 6:00-6:30

9. Free time or family time 6:30-7:30

10. Chess 7:30-9:00

Thank you for reading this blog. I hope this helped you enough for balancing your student life. Remember, if you have other stuff like after school activities and you can work this schedule out then feel free to try it. If not, then  it is ok since the internet has tons of others schedules.

Hope you have great day~ Love Taravatgold
