If you are Admin of Chess Champ here are few points you need to keep in mind.

1) Do not allow anyone to advertise any other club apart from officially partnered clubs , if anyone does delete that note / forum / message and give a warning .

if its done again within a period of 15 days from warning mute them for 24 hours

if done again after 24 hours of mute report to SA for further action

2) if anyone is arguing or cussing try to resolve that fight , if they do not obey you and continue to fight mute them for 12 hours

3) make sure no chess.com guideline is violated in our club

4) invite a minimum of 10 members in a week

5) create atleast 2 tournaments in a month (make sure you put close rating range so that players do not recieve unfair competition , for eg- 600-1000)

6) Don't be biased in favor of any member , make sure your decision and word does not hurt any other member

7) Help new members to socialize and get comfortable & familiar with club

8) Encourage members to be active and if they face any problem in the club try resolving it if possible in your hands , else contact a SA

9) Do not remove/ban any member from the club unless you are satisfying one of these (minimum 4 Admins agree to it , 2 Admins and 3 Co-coordinators agree to it , Any SA agrees to it)

10) Most importantly as a Admin you do have some responsibility to the club but don't forget to have fun , you are also a deserving person of equal amount of fun and liberty as any other member or crew is

NOTE- these rules are exempted for honored admins they only have to follow rule number 3 , 6 , 9 , 10 . rest are optional (Admins who are made by promotion in winning competitions of chess champs are honoured admins)
