This place is the last call for help in matches that we are short in or overmatch. I'll give two days or end of weekend to sign up . Below in comments There will be a on going list of players to conntact by other teammates to help them play in matches that are rated in certain range ,open matches all can join . I will also lock match before the other team and will list lock matches here that are waiting to start . Let me know if you would like one these and I try to get you in .Any players on this please let me know to continue match or cancel no response will start sometime ASAP(DATE) Venaf is missing please cancel games til he notifies admin

I just joined a match where I am outrated (1640 to 1281) due to there are not enough of our higher rated players joining. My question is: Am I really helping the team knowing that I'm more likely to loose my games and the points? Sure I could get lucky and maybe get a win or draw, but probably won't happen. Many will probably say that I need to play better players in order to improve, but I believe that is for me to do in my single challenges. I ask this question because if I don't feel that I am contributing then maybe I should stay out of the tem matches?

Hey team! Based on our recent streak of wins in vote chess lately, I think it is time to try our luck against some of chess.com's strongest teams, such as The Power Of Chess, Five for Fighting, Turk Chess Players, The Killer Derivitives, etc. So, just post here which teams you would like to challenge, then I (or another admin) will send out a challenge to that team. (If the team we play against I am a member of, I'll join on this side.)
