Hey people! The puzzle battle idea didn’t grow very much, so we’re opening up another option. We are allowing people to join puzzle rush competition with the rest of the chessup community in which people will compete to get highest puzzle rush scores within a certain amount of time in a specified time format, and leaderboards for these events along with times for them will be posted here. Either direct message me or post a message here to let us know you’re joining, and follow the threads to get notified when events happen!

My new board has been working fantastically but I am upset with a few things.
First, if I cancel a game on chess up(while in queue) I also have to log on manually onto chess.com to stop it from queing me into a game. Also more importantly, there is no way to abort gmaes on chessup unless i am mistaken.
Can anyone please help with these problems. Thanks

Hi,
I’ve been playing online chess regularly for about a year now and recently invested in the ChessUp2 because I wanted to play over-the-board (OTB). I’m enjoying it so much that I’ve set a goal to improve my game as much as possible in 2025. I was wondering how others improve their chess skills beyond just playing games.
I’ve completed a few lessons on Chess.com, and I’m currently reading Winning Chess by Irving Chernev and Fred Reinfeld, where I set up the positions on my ChessUp2 using the board editor.
I understand that lessons will be coming to the ChessUp2 in a future update, but I’m hoping someone can provide me with some useful tips and tricks in the meantime.

I think in the next update, chessup should add a rating range like they have on chess.com. This would be an easy addition and help the members alot.
