Le fair-play a toujours été une de nos préoccupations principales, et nos équipes de détection de la triche travaillent au quotidien pour améliorer l'intégrité du jeu. Mais aujourd'hui, nous passons au niveau supérieur. 1. Il devient plus facile de signaler les insultes et la triche Vous souhaitez signaler des insultes, du spam, de la triche, ou tout autre comportement désagréable sur Chess.com ? C'est facile, en quelques clics, où que vous vous trouviez. Cliquez simplement sur le nom de l'utilisateur concerné et une fenêtre pop-up s'ouvre. Trouvez ensuite tout simplement l'icône "!" (Voir image ci-dessous). La boîte de dialogue suivante s'ouvrira alors : Choisissez simplement l'incivilité que souhaitez signaler, et cliquez sur "report". N'hésitez pas à nous donner quelques informations supplémentaires en quelques phrases dans la case correspondante, telles que : Capture d'écran ou transcription des insultes Détails de la situation Origine de vos soupçons de triche Tout autre information pouvant intéresser l'équipe Chess.com Bien entendu, il est toujours possible de signaler des membres en utilisant l'ancienne méthode, qui consiste à contacter notre équipe par mail. 2. Détection de la triche plus rapide et améliorée Fin 2016, Chess.com publiait sa première déclaration publique au sujet de notre logiciel de détection de la triche. L'évolution technologique aidant, nous détectons et analysons aujourd'hui les parties suspectes dix fois plus vite qu'auparavant. Le temps de latence entre l'acte de triche et la détection a d'ors et déjà chuté de manière impressionnante. 3. Remboursement des points Elo aux joueurs lésés Si vos points Elo vous sont volés par un tricheur, il semble logique que vous puissiez les récupérer. Et c'est ce que nous avons décidé de faire. Lorsque nous fermons un compte pour triche, toutes les joueurs rencontrés par le tricheur lors des trois derniers mois, dans la limite de 100 membres, seront automatiquement remboursés des points volés. Si vous êtes concernés, Chess.com vous enverra un message pour vous informer du retour de vos points. En voici un exemple : Nous avons détecté qu'un ou plus de vos adversaires récents avai(en)t enfreint notre politique de fair-play. En compensation pour les points Elo perdus, nous avons ajusté votre classement actuel : Blitz : 1887 + 2 => 1889 Merci à tous pour vous conseils, qui nous ont amenés à opérer ces changements.
