I have decided to start a chess ladder. Here are the rules: 1.I will only update the Chess Ladder on Mondays(when I have access to the internet) 2.You must put a comment here if you want to join,challenge someone,or tell me who won. 3.If you beat someone you move up a level (if you are a level above them then nothing happens but if someone at a lower level beats you you'll swap places on the ladder.If you draw nothing happens.There will be 4 levels. 4.You can only have 1 game going at once.

Ok here's how you play: I start off with a 4 letter word like bike, the next person has to change 1 letter in the word to make it different but keep it a word and 4 letters so you could change bike to hike or bite. Also you can't say words more than once. I'll start Bill

Since we are now a group with about 50 members it's time to take on jobs as being an admin. If you don't take on a job and you are an admin you will be removed by me. Here is what we need the admins to do: 2 admins to invite people to this group. 1 admin that's high rated to be a captain in VC games (they have to join every one unless they're on vacation) 1 admin to make TM open seeks and challenges The_Chess_Agent 1 admin to make VC open seeks and challenges 1 admin to make puzzles every day or week 4 admins to monitor forms and make sure people follow the rules If you are an admin please comment on this and tell me what you could do off of that list.
