Hello members of the club of fantasy My first step to improve this club will be to establish departments for each aspect of our club so that we can organize the staff (I have no idea why some people are admin and some people aren't). Daily Match Department Head Daily Match Coordinator (admin): Your job is to work with the other coordinators to create new daily matches for our club on a regular basis (every few days). Failure to do so will result in demotion. Vote Chess Department Head VC coordinator (admin): Your job is to create vote chess matches on a daily basis and post them in the notes to make sure people join (to avoid timeouts). Artistic Department Head Artist (admin): @tansvistiger Your job is to help design our club banners and pictures when necessary. Secondary Artist (admin): Your job is to fill in for the Head Artist when they are not around. Court Department Head Judge (super admin): @Ashmig and @ColteyBlack Your job is to decide whether people are following and obeying our rules. In addition, you have the job to settle any disputes/arguments between members in order to keep the place communnity-friendly.
