Another game with GM Kraai's system against the French Defense

I finally won a game playing GM Kraai's system against the French Defense, but I was lucky. I think I played the opening correctly, but I played the middlegame poorly. I got lucky when my opponent made a blunder that enabled me to win a piece. Even though I won, I know there is plenty of room for improvement, and I would like to know what I should have done differently. I have not done the computer analysis of this game.

This game, a Daily Chess game, didn't go so well. I got out of the opening OK, but had no idea what to do in the middlegame. The position was so confusing for me that I hung two pawns and then resigned because I didn't want to waste my time playing a position that was a certain loss. I want to know how I should have played the middlegame.

Here is my latest game. I don't know if I played in accordance with what GM Kraai would recommend, but I got out of the opening with a bad position and was lucky to still have a chance in the endgame. I could have drawn an opposite-color bishop endgame with correct play, but I was in time trouble and am dumb even when not in time trouble. This was an OTB game (45 minutes with a 5 second delay.) I stopped annotating when I had under five minutes left.
