Hey Narz, I played on asobrain for years...sadly I was banned a few months ago for "verbal abuse."  I was going through a bad time, and got upset with a player that was clearly playing in a trolling manner and cursed at him.  This behavior is not me, and if I was allowed back I would be a model member...  I was banned (apparently forever) with no warning or anything.  I tried to appeal my ban, but apparently you must be signed in to do so (Catch 22 eh?).  Anyways....do you still play?  I am wondering if you could in any way help to get back.  I miss playing so badly!!  I am just shocked that I was banned, I was a polite and fun player 99% of the time....

Henderman312: For some reason the owners of this site are very fascist in their policy of banning people. Sometimes all it takes is one complaint and you are gone; not just your login, but every IP you have ever logged in from is blocked. Pretty extreme, especially since they don't ever talk to you first to get your side of the story.

Personally, I wish they would just allow users to block individual users, or if they really felt the need to do it from a global scale, they could just disable a players ability to use the chat feature. Anyway, it's their private website and thus their property, so there's not much we can do to change their policies. I am just grateful that they have allowed me to play on their AWESOME site.

I had a similar experience with them about a year ago. I tried every option I could find to contact them, but since I was banned and couldn't log in, I couldn't email them. After nearly a year of frustration, I finally found the mailing address they list to send donations to. I sent them a paper letter to the Netherlands appologizing and begging to have my ban lifted. It worked. Since then, it is frustrating as hell to me when other players play unfairly, but if I can't get them to stop via friendly questions, I just quit the game I am in and redface them so I never intentionally join a game with that player again.
