Might have been December 2022 and that's why the bug is happening
It might consider any time in 2022 "one year ago", any time in 2021 "two years ago" etc. However, I can assure you it isn't a beta feature. There are chess.com staff members on the forum, so they'll be able to tell you if it's a bug or not.

Here it says that Ive been friends with him for 1 year. But I know for fact that ive been friends with him for like 2 months.
