To determine if the 2 games are different versions I did max depth analysis on the 2nd and they are different as shown by the different accuracies:

22 Apr. Edit: changed topic tile to clarify the issue.
This is a bit complicated, thus the long post.
Scenario:
1. Analyzed a game and added annotations and comments.
2. Saved into Your Collections -> Saved Analysis via Add To Library
3. Went to

4. Selected Load Previous Analysis
5. Selected Add To Library into the same library as before.
This resulted in a second copy of the game.
6. The display of just the first copy contains no annotations or comments:
7. The display of just the 2nd copy does display the annotation and comments
8 Display of the 2nd followed by the first yields:

9. Display of the first followed by the second yields:
Bug: This is bizarre as the first now has double occurrences of just the comments and the 2nd has just the inserted line annotations.
Possible Bug: It also seems strange that the Add To Library did not detect that the game was already present.
Previous Bug: The fact that the first doesn't display any annotations was already reported in Bug [ ]: Library Function - saved analyzed games do not display annotations from the collection
It is also weird the the Add To Library from Learn->Analysis->Load Previous Analysis successfully display the annotations from the collection, avoiding the behavior of Analysis Report -> Add To Library.
Here is an animated gif showing the strangeness:
